I don't have time for all kinds of silly questions around you trying to figure this out or relate it/compare it to any other system. It stands alone, and on its own 'legs'. There is nothing to figure out except that you have an opportunity to find out who you really are, and who you have been that is not really you. All I ask is that you try an experiment and see if it works, if it is applicable to you for a more relaxed, integrous, self aware, and powerful living. No one can tell you if its real or not.
